HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We retain your personal data for a limited period of time, which varies depending on the type of activity involving the processing of your personal data.
Once this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise irreversibly anonymized.
Your personal data is stored in compliance with the terms and criteria specified below:
- Data collected to conclude and execute purchase contracts for goods on officinadelriso.com: until the completion of administrative and accounting formalities. Data related to invoicing will be retained for ten years from the invoice date;

- Payment data: until the payment is certified and the related administrative and accounting formalities are completed following the expiration of the withdrawal period and the deadlines applicable for payment disputes;
- Data related to user requests to our Customer Service: data necessary to assist you will be retained until your request is fulfilled;
- Data used for commercial communication activities towards users registered for the newsletter: this data is retained until the service is terminated or until the user exercises their right to object by unsubscribing;
- Data used for market research and satisfaction surveys: retained until the User requests the termination of the activity.
In any case, for technical reasons, the termination of processing and the consequent permanent deletion or irreversible anonymization of the relevant personal data will be completed within thirty days from the deadlines indicated above.
YOUR RIGHTS
As data subjects, you have the rights set forth in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 of the GDPR, specifically the rights to:
- Access and modify your data: you have the right to access your personal data and to request that they be corrected, amended, or supplemented with additional information;

- Delete your data: in the cases provided for by current legislation, you may request the deletion of your personal data. Upon receipt and review of your request, if legitimate, we will promptly cease processing and delete your personal data.
